Privacy policy

Updated: 26 October 2026. This policy describes Circuit Mind (Android package com.circuitmind.game), provided by AlbertLabsAI. Contact: albertlabsai@gmail.com.

Your game stays on your device

Progress, scores, hints, preferences and review-request milestones are stored locally in SQLite. No account, developer-operated game server or cloud backup is used. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes this local save. The developer does not receive your puzzle history.

Advertising and consent

From version 1.0.5, Circuit Mind uses Google AdMob advertising and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) with publisher ad units. Development builds use Google demo ad units. Earlier versions without these SDKs do not request advertisements. UMP refreshes consent information at launch and presents the relevant choices where required. You can reopen Advertising privacy choices in Settings when the service requires that option. Refusing consent does not block gameplay; any ads eligible to be requested depend on Google’s consent rules.

Data handled by Google

Google Mobile Ads may process IP addresses (including approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, app and advertising interactions, and diagnostics such as crashes and performance data to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and maintain the service. Circuit Mind does not request precise location, contacts, camera or microphone permissions for advertising. Google handles this data according to its Privacy Policy and advertising information. Retention and cross-border processing by Google are described in its policies; the developer cannot access or directly delete Google’s advertising records.

Your choices and rewards

Gameplay does not require watching a rewarded ad. Choosing “Watch an ad · get 1 hint” offers one hint after the SDK confirms completion. Closing early does not award a hint. Occasional preloaded interstitials may appear after Continue on a completed puzzle, subject to frequency limits. They are excluded from the first five campaign levels, Zen and time attack. No in-app purchase is currently offered. You may also manage the advertising ID in Android settings.

Google Play and sharing

The app can request an optional review through Google Play. Google decides whether to show the dialog; the app does not receive your rating or review text. A manual rating button opens the store listing. Sharing a result uses the Android share sheet; information is sent to the app or recipient you choose.

Contact, website and retention

If you email support, your address and message are processed to answer your request and retained only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Do not send sensitive information. This website uses Azure Static Web Apps hosting. Microsoft may process technical request data, including IP addresses, for hosting, security and reliability. The site adds no analytics, advertising cookies or tracking scripts. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.

Children and privacy requests

Circuit Mind is intended for people aged 13 and over, not for children under 13. Where local law requires additional consent or authorization, those requirements still apply. For questions, correction or deletion of information sent directly to the developer, contact albertlabsai@gmail.com. You may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, including access, objection or withdrawal of consent; requests concerning data controlled by Google or Microsoft should also use their privacy channels. Local game data can be deleted in Android app settings.

Changes

This page will be updated when the app’s data practices change. The date above identifies the current policy.
